eryl therothery, a native of Canada, is an actor best known for her role as Dr. Janet Fraiser, in Stargate SG-1. Her other notable TV role includes Lt. Maggie Weston in Exosquad M.O.M. In Martin Mystery Carol Bloom in Kyle XY Grace Sherman in Cedar Cove and J.L. The Good Doctor. On the big screen she has been seen in films such as Magic in the Water Whisper and What an Idiot. A native of British Columbia Rothery had always had a dream of being a professional. She was 13 when Rothery made her debut on stage as a performer for The musical Bye Bye Birdie. The show won her the Most Outstanding Performance Award for her part on stage in Annie Get Your Gun, an production of her theater company.
