Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 of 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother and Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox was accepted into the Royal Academy of Music in London in the 70s, where she learned the flute piano and the harpsichord over three years. Lennox lived on a student allowance and took in part-time jobs to increase her budget. Lennox made the decision to alter her profession after she became dissatisfied by her lack of skill in comparison with other Royal Academy students. Lennox played the flute in the 1976 group called Dragons Playground. But she quit prior to the group's appearance on I.T.V.s talent contest New Faces. Between 1977 and 1980 she was lead vocalist for The Tourists, a British Pop group. The band she was in, was first introduced to Dave Stewart. Together they created their own group, the Eurythmics Pop duo. Lennox collaborated on her solo first album Diva. It was released in 1993. The album was hugely successful both critically and commercially. Nostalgia Lennoxs Sixth Solo Album was Released in the month of October 2014. The C.D. Lennox picked her favorite blues and soul tunes. Additionally, in May 2019, Lennox published Lepidoptera which is a compilation comprising four tracks improvised by piano. The E.P. This is the companion album of her "Now I let the door open... art installation that was exhibited at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. The album is her first self-released album. Annie Lennox is a Scottish singer and songwriter who was born on December 25, 1954. The Tourists were a new-wave group that had some popularity in the latter part of 1970s. Then, she became a part of the band with fellow singer-songwriter Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox began her solo career by releasing her debut album Diva in 1992. It was the basis of several hit songs, including Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa is a studio album, features cover versions of popular tracks like No MoreI Love Yous as well as A Whiter Shade of Pale. The six solo studio albums and her compilation album contain a variety of tracks.
