Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born on September 3, 1976, in the United States is an actress. She is known for her role in soap operas such as Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and as Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. The actress played Daphne on a daily basis on the HBO drama True Blood's second season. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She began her professional career as teacher in Maury County where she taught kindergarten and the first graders Reading. In 1998 she married Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated in Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary was where she first began teaching the fourth grade. Between 1999 and 2000 she was able to keep teaching and earn her Master of Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University. In 2000, she left teaching following the arrival of their oldest son Baylor. Ashley has focused her efforts for the past 15 years on the well-being of the kids in her congregation and community. Ashley has been an educator and leader in Thompson Station Church's Preschool and Student Ministry for 13 years. When Ashley was at home with her kids, they went through three years in homeschooling. As they homeschooled their children, they were able to attend a tutoring session at which Ashley taught History in the Kindergarten class and the First Grade. God had clearly shown them and their families the necessity of going back to school. Although Ashley loved homeschooling, she also loved being with her five children. Brent and Ashley both have five children. Silas, Eliza, and Cruz all attended GCA. Baylor a GCA graduated attends college playing baseball in UT Martin. Callan is an GCA graduate and is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. They are a busy family. love fishing, hunting and encouraging each other to be successful in their sport as well as their hobbies.
